Chicken Apple Salad

INGREDIENTS
100 grams boiled and shredded chicken
1 cup chicken broth (bouillon)
1 lime
¼ cup red onions, small diced
¼ cup mint leafs, minced
¼ cup cilantro, minced
100 grams romaine lettuce (or cabbage)

1 Apple diced

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat chicken stock in a pot and bring it to boil on the stove top.
2. Add in the chicken and stir occasionally until the chicken is done cooking.
3. Drain the chicken from the broth and allow it to cool.
4. In a large mixing bowl (or just in the drained boiling pot) churn together the shredded chicken with the cilantro, mint leaves and lime juice.
5. Place the raw romaine lettuce (or cabbage) on the serving dish and scoop the chicken into the center of the lettuce leaf.
6. Add diced apple
