GARLIC GINGER SHRIMP AND ASPARAGUS

Ingredients 

  • -100 grams of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • -1-2 cloves of minced garlic
  • -100 grams asparagus
  • -1 tablespoon fresh ginger

 

Directions

  1. Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger to a pre-heated pan. Add water if necessary
  2. Stir in pan for 3-5 minutes, no oil
  3. While that cooks, snap ends off of asparagus. Cut asparagus to the desired size
  4. Remove shrimp from pan and add asparagus
  5. Stir in pan for 2-3 minutes
  6. Re-add shrimp to pan and heat for 1 minute
  7. Plate your meal and enjoy!
